		<description>Hey there, I was wondering how you would go about getting the word out there for a new service? Its backed by the company 100% and it involves every employee inside the store. I need employees to get quality leads from customers regarding installations for windows,fencing,roofing and decking.The customer is insterested in having some windows replaced &amp; installed, for $40 they can have me come to their house to measure &amp; consult them about different window options that meet their needs, show them some samples and give them a total price.Hopefully I leave with a check,but if not its ok too.If I do close the great deal, an installer also backed by the company will then go to their home and do a second measurement along with any other additional materials that are needed and the install begins once the product is delivered to the store and their $40 is credited to the total sale.How do I get good leads? or get the word out there that I can now come to your home and answer all your questions and walk around the customers property with them while measuring and listening to their needs? They don&#039;t want us going door to door, they want the customer that is already in the store, already interested in our product.Now for every lead that does close the associate that got the lead gets $20 this goes for every employee!
