Speaking
Need a highly-intelligent speaker? If one isn’t available, you can always book Scott! (kidding–maybe)
Enough speaking in the third person, I’m going to share with you exactly why I love speaking and what that means to your event/company.
My three goals when I do a session are simply: To have people laugh, learn and leave smarter than when they walked into the room.
The stage is my passion, only surpassed by my desire for your audience to do well in business (that’s fancy-speak for “I give a damn about the audience.”)
Now let’s see if I can walk the talk (Just press play.)
Recent testimonial from the “Social Currency” session:
“Thank you, Scott for an amazing presentation at our annual event. Not only were you one of the best, most knowledgeable and most entertaining speakers I’ve ever seen (and I do mean EVER!) but combining humor, entertainment, and hard-hitting golden nuggets of education, you motivated those in attendance to take action; and that is the sign of an a top presenter. Your message got through any and all resistance, touched the hearts of everyone listening and inspired all of us to take the proper and necessary steps to succeed. Way to go, Scott; superb!”

Some of the sessions that are available for your event:
- Social Currency – Using social media can be a challenge for the best of us. Using it successfully can be down right impossible for most! In this session, Scott walks the audience through practical steps as well as case studies to show how social media can benefit them as an individual or as part of a company
- Stop Marketing. Start Engaging – Marketing isn’t a department, task or action item. Everytime you engage with someone, you’re marketing. Learn strategies so everyone in your company can use engagement to help attract and retain clients
- Viral Video Success – After creating online movies that have generated over 65 million views, as well as “homemade” style YouTube videos that get tens of thousands of views overnight, Scott walks the crowd through how he did it, what you have to avoid if you want to do it, and the keys to making it successful for you
- Non-Profit Customization – Not only does Scott have a soft spot for charities and NFP’s, his corporate background was in the corporate office of Goodwill Toronto. taking into account the special constraints that most NFP’s have, Scott creates special sessions to do with this industry, and walks through how he ran a Tweetathon on twitter and how other organizations are using it, both good and bad
